About Me: I have probably changed a lot since my Ankara years. Back then I was a shy, insecure thirteen year old. Today, I am more outgoing and social. I have spent twenty five years in broadcasting and am now nearing retirement as an employment advisor/facilitator. My wife and I team up to act and direct dinner theaters to raise money for various local organizations. There is a link to one of those shows in this profile. In addition to my lovely wife, I have three grown children and two grandchildren. I would love to communicate with anyone who spent time in Ankara, especially from the years 1966-67.

It's a long way from Ankara...

I guess I have pushed a lot of my Ankara memories aside over the years.  As I approach my 55th birthday, I find myself longing for those times again.  I would love to communicate with anyone who lived there, especially during the years 1966-1967.  I lived in an area known as Bahci located not too far from the Star Apartments.  A lot of Americans lived in that part of town.
